it shouldn't give off shitcoin vibes because it promises infinite horizontal and vertical scalability, smart contract capable, staking. the truth is, it is an experiment stuck in development limbo with goal posts constantly pushed back and promises not kept. remember 2017. the only wallet they offered was daedlaus. it was a steaming piece of shit, but that is all the team could produce. now there is the yoroi wallet, which wasn't even created by the "massive worldwide developer community" (ethiopia). it was created by a fanboy of the project.
long story short, fuck cardano. don't fall for the shiny promises and talk. or be a retard and dive right in to the project because it is still 95% down from its all time high from 2+ years ago and hasn't recovered.
