Looked into the internet connection thingy myself. Apparently internet has really taken off in Bangladesh from 0.3% with internet access in 2009 to over 40% in 2016. Can't fault him for that, even though in 2010 there were only 50.000 "broadband" accounts (128 kb/s, lol), but they seem to be getting their shit together. Mobile penetration is at ~75%, pretty good for a shithole.
