Anytime is a good time to buy gold. If you are buying gold exclusively to make huge profits you aren't supposed to be buying gold.

Physical gold, silver, copper, and other metals are always a good buy. When the inevitable collapse occurs, you'll want all of that, seeds, the know how to live on your own off the land away from the grid

Sorry to say to those that deny it, but the finite amount of resources can't sustain based off infinite amount of fake money printed.

Lol a little too much of that first picture eh? Judging by the popular opinion on the precious metal generals, silver seems to be people's current choice as it seems to be industrially useful and the gold/silver price ratio is pretty high atm. I think the problem is that there seems to be no end of money to pump into equities through qe/repo etc. Most people invested in PMs here are in for the long haul so short term price action is not as relevant as just stacking a decent amount in case of a fiat meltdown. I personally have about 5% of portfolio in PMs with 80/20 silver/gold.

People say that, but from this graph silver has only increased in value by less than x4 since 2000 while gold has sextupled.
