On another note,
I've recently started as a software engineer at a top 5 big tech company in Germany but I didn't ask for too much money (60k eurobux) since I really wanted to land that job and was coming straight out of university anyway.

What is a realistic salary development for me in the next 5 years? Also, my first 1on1 with my manager will be coming soon where I will be asked if I want to have a technical or people management career, what are wise things to tell my manager and what should I keep to myself?

if you have good people skills you can try for the management track, higher remuneration if you can meet your targets, and more opportunities to switch to something else if you get bored

not in germany so not sure what salary development there is like, but the only sure way of getting a decent hike is to jump elsewhere every couple of years. however this may or may not work against you later in your career, because hiring managers do not like those who jump around too much
