I was using an unvented tlc tugger as a dick stretcher but had the problem where the device, unmodified, would just come detaches as soon as the outer clear cap brushed against anything, my leg, my pents, whatever. So it never lasted 5 minutes before falling off.

I modded it with a bent paperclip to keep the clear cap tight againt my foreskin which worked like gangbusters for keeping it on all day. But after several weeks of daily wear the veins on my foreskin started getting fat and hard, I think I was inflicting ischemic damage on them by keeping them squeezed too tight against the two bits of silicone.

Never found another stretcher that actually 1) stayed on 2) tugged the penis and not just the skin 3) was inconspicuous in trousers. So I'm not sure what to do now that I know this one damages my dick. Really kind of annoyed, it was so close to perfect too. Guess I'm just stuck with an average weiner for life... at least I've got an intact foreskin still, bulgy veins aside.
