definitely. look into how much silver is suppressed by paper silver certificates. It is like 250:1. Basically there is a huge amount of BS silver and when people want their actual silver and go to exchange it 249 will be shit out of luck for the 1 oz that they thought they owned. the silver to dollar price is like 1100 dollars or something, and many think the actual price of silver is really 3-7k. That said Mr. Schiff has been giving some good info and highly suggests to stack and not sell no matter what. I believe him; due to the banks buying up more and more silver and keeping it suppressed so they can stack more and more. Basically fiat is worthless, and this has been proven throughout history. Gold and silver are in limited supply and universally seen as wealth across cultures throughout history.

Say your average worker salary gives you a dime a day, so what, 3 ounces a month? 1000/3 = 333 months, or 27.75 years on very low wagie equivalent....Making it for me means more money than I could spend in my lifetime as mid/high level manager.... currently make it fiat number is 5 million usd maintaining purchasing power parity till death. I dont see 1000 oz equalling the purchasing power of 5 million today.

once you breach the 500 oz level check out private bullion depositories , especially in different jurisdictions. they might confiscate bullion in one country, but usually not in all.

but i would suggest just getting a rider on your renters policy to include your silver.
