If this was 2017 I would buy, but to be realistic, I think to go from disbelief to belief requires some market changes, I believe in the long term potential of ICX I think it's a great project, but I have to be realistic, once the hype dies down, perhaps bitcoin will make another jump gaining all the attention, that would be a good moment to buy back in I think. It's all speculation so I might miss out and have to buy something else.
