Its ETH time. ETH and all the good projects on it will moon to new highs. BTC maxi's will be lucky to reach near ATH this year. They will still make profit, but not nearly as much as people who hold stuff like LINK, RLC, UBT, MAKERDAO and other defi projects. 2020-2022 will be Ethereums time. New ATH in 2020, and peak isn't in til 2022.
