Harassment isn't about what you do, it's about your position on the social totem pole as a male

If you are low enough, your mere existence is harassment and you will be punished until you climb or die. That's why you can never just "mind your business" as a loser

Since you don't talk to people (or rather, they don't come up and talk to you), I'm guessing you are at the rock bottom of the social pecking order at work
