Wall Street is terrified of Bernie and to a lesser extent Warren, so there would be a dip for sure if either get elected. Once it becomes obvious that the POTUS doesn't have enough power to enact major change against the wishes of entrenched interest groups, the panic will subside and everything will go back to normal.
