Kleros team had Discord channels, at least two that I know, to hire shills. Shilling was rewarded with small amounts of ETH and it was halted immediately after all tokens were sold. They had some problems selling those and after shill army biz and reddit retards bought most, so it was a good plan. Team will pay about 5-8 eth worth of rewards and sold over million USD worth of tokens.

Their secondary goal was to pump also in exchanges during February after token sale but that plan was cancelled when it got too much exposure. Prepare for team dump anyway soon, they have over 100 million to sell.
