How much should you trade in relation to the volume of a crypto?

i.e. if something had a volume of 10btc, how many thousands should you be willing to buy for?

Is there a simple formula to calculate a rule of thumb? Ik more volume = faster transaction, but dont know how the math looks

if something has an average volume of 10 btc there's no way it's worth putting anything into, lol

Not for holding. Just trading short term

What do you mean? You mean thousands of tokens?

No usd but explaining in the form of btc is fine too since thats what the volume is measured

It doesn't matter, really. Low caps, buy half, set a bid, wait. Buy some ARPA on 'nance this week.

Very incorrect. All the best moons happen after only $3K -> $15K volume or less.

on moons? yes.
but to make the "what the fuck was that XD" posters come out from their caves, my algo shows high volume on downtrend

I mean it does though. You don't want to throw in so much money that you won't be able to sell it in time and you eventually end up at a huge loss. Low volume is dangerous.
