The Golden Bullrun will come hand in hand with increased regulation. What are some coins that are making compliance a top priority?

If by making compliance a top priority you mean pissing on kikes dreams of taxing me for having a sequence of characters stored my my mind, then Monero. Can't prove you have it.

This coin interests me for it's ISDA ties, but I'm not really sold on it yet. Convince me.

>>17017761
Nobody wants your niche coin. It'll pump, but it won't be where the real action is at. There is a 540 trillion dollar derivative market just waiting to be put on the blockchain. Regulation is needed to get to play with the real money.

Algorand's about to make some kind of big DeFi or banking related announcement. Should hopefully be (finally) good for a pump.

XRP.

>it's a kike coin
yes it is.
>it's premined
yes it is.
>I hate bankers and only bankers use ripple
look, there's plenty of legitimate reasons why /biz/ hates XRP, but to answer your question OP; XRP is the main coin that's following compliance with increasing regulations to a level that a lot of people in the crypto space hate XRP because they're going with governments rather than resisting them.

The other direction is what Monero and other privacy coins do, like what this guy said >>17017761
They refuse any compliance with any government and don't let anyone know who has what coins, hence why drug dealers and wannabe space pirates use Monero.

OP asked a question, he got an answer.

SEC audited LINK and found no wrongdoing. Meanwhile XRP has a lawsuit regarding securities. Until thats cleared, the considerable work Ripple Labs have put forth towards compliance means zilch.

Firstly, Ripple is getting the lawsuit, not XRP. XRP is the coin Ripple is the company.
Secondly, Ripple will comply and the lawsuit will be dropped, they always bend over to government because their customers are banks so if they don't comply they have no customers and their coin will be just another shitcoin.

>Why not BTC?
Because BTC just exists, it's not possible to make BTC comply with anything because it can't be changed at this point.
That's both a good thing and a bad thing; on one hand a government asking 'BTC to comply' would be like screaming at a brick wall so they won't.

I can't find it after some cursory googling, so maybe it wasn't a thing. The closest thing I could find in the timeframe was that the SEC ruled BTC not a security.

>>17018211
Until such a time as Ripple does bend over, its still a problem for XRP.

>Firstly, Ripple is getting the lawsuit, not XRP
What a load of shit, XRP comes from the centralised source/released by ripple, hence the law suit. It obviously correlates or it would have been thrown out.
>Secondly, Ripple will comply and the lawsuit will be dropped,
Hyperbole for someone that clearly has little clue about reality.
>Because BTC just exists, it's not possible to make BTC comply with anything because it can't be changed at this point.
But is the ONLY one that has proven to be complainant, via the '15 case. I've been over this with you ripplets how many times? Link below for the actual sane linkie!

Anon, it wasn't a thing, but
>The closest thing I could find in the timeframe was that the SEC ruled BTC not a security.
I know back in '15 it was ruled a commodity. but ppl take that and assume their shitcoin is commodity. the general rule is if its not PoW its a security. Have a read of the below if your interested, its what made BTC a commodity & under the control of the CFTC.

No, it's a problem for them if they don't bend over.
Find me one bank that stopped using their service over this lawsuit.

If they bend over like they have in the past, business will continue as normal. If they don't then they lost most if not all the banks who use their service.
There's no sign they won't so nothing has changed.

Ok, so the SEC or maybe CTFC will have to eventually make a ruling on Chainlink if it or when it blows up, if they're not already examining it now. I can't say I'm overly concerned about that, because if Chainlink ends up doing what it claims it can, the pressure on the government to rule favorably towards Chainlink will be immense. But sure, it is a risk on paper and more to the topic at hand, it means Chainlink isn't compliant at this time.

Yes, they still own 'too much' of it to go public, hence the lawsuit.

Yes.

I said Ripple is the company and XRP is the coin, the fuck is your point and how is anything I said "a load of shit", learn to read.

My point was BTC has no dev team that governments can force around.
That was the whole point of BTC in the first place, to have a decentralised currency.

I did read, it looked like someone trying to separate the two, still does. Its a very common tactic among XRP shills. Sorry if I confused what you meant to say to what it appears you said.
>My point was BTC has no dev team that governments can force around.
it does, but thats not the reason its compliant.
