The reason it crashed the first time was mostly because loans were given to retarded people because the Clinton administration wanted to do something about niggers and spics not owning homes so they told banks to lower their standards for anyone. The fact is they gave shit to people without even checking their income, some cases credit score etc. Shit took a while obviously, but that was easily a good amount of why the crash happened in 2008.
Point is, this takes time. I don't expect any major crashes until there is some legislation that will fuck us over but if it happens it probably will happen sooner.
