Should I take an office job for 20-25k USD a year to get my foot in the door? I have no experience but feel if I undersell myself I may become desireble for the job. And then can just get a regular job. ZERO experience here.

The first job is the hardest one to get. The easiest way to get a raise is to get a new job. I would say take a job that you can invest ~2 years into and be looking for and open to other opportunities.

I started a temp job at $11/hr only 25 hr/week. Now I'm salary at 40k per year just from working up, which isn't great.
I want to kill myself every day.

My intention was that since they are looking to provide training to someone, I can get their attention by asking for 30k a year instead of 40-50k. It is not something good but I didn't intend to keep the job forever. Just a stepping stone.

Take the job, but only hold it for at most 3 months. When you apply for other jobs and they ask how much your making, tell them 2x what you actually make. Hold the new job for at most 3 months. When you apply to new jobs and they ask what your making, tell them 1.5x what you actually make. Therefore, 6 months after taking the job you should be in a better job and making decent money.
