Everyone is on welfare in one way or another. The people that aren't on welfare are pillaging the earth at the expense of everyone else. Maybe farmers are the only ones that aren't on welfare, if they don't fuck up the environment, and don't receive daddy gov subsidies? Don't know enough about farming.
