making a good homemade pizza is simple and cheap.

The secret is the hydration of the dough (must be at least 60%), the leavening (minimum 8 hours) and the temperature of the oven.

A good pizza costs less than 5$ of ingredients and you can easily sell it for 15-20$.

I used to make turkish pizza (ground beef and some other stuff). and a really easy one with just olive oil, cheese, garlic and i think either mushrooms or some other thing. even the easy one was too much work when it comes to prep and cleanup.
i cook regularly but pizza is too much work. there's a reason they can charge $20 for it.

If you like sushi but don't get anything fancier than a salmon roll or avocado roll its a lot easier to make sushi at home.
Rolling and making the rice is very simple and easy to cleanup vs say making a pizza.

I've found that sushi restaurants actually give you the best cut of fish. Your store bought flash frozen Coho or sockeye aren't going to be as good because it'll likely be a whole filet - meaning you get the lean sections like the tail or fins but you save a heck of a lot of money. you can eat just the best part but honestly that's a waste of money.
I haven't bought enough tuna to get the difference.

Prepare the dough and freeze it when ready. I make my own sourdough pizza dough, it takes 2 days (but you spend 10 minute tops handeling it). I make for 6 pizza and freeze what i dont need.

Remember this is biz, also in cooking time is on your side. If you are a amerilard that once everything now, than go eat your processed overpriced garbage. But just like investing, time is on your side. So you invest time and make a 10x better pizza by planning (time in the market beats timing the market etc).

Pro tip: use pizza stone heated to as high as posssible as your oven can handle (mine is 250C), and 5 minutes before adding the pizza super heat the stone by switching on the top grill of the oven. Slide in the pizza, turn of grill, after 5 min switch on grill and take pizza out when just right (total time max 7-10 min)

If you have a Japanese supermarket, i recommend going there and looking for bluefin tuna. It ranges between 40-80/lb but they often make little 10-15 dollar cuts. I treat myself to it once every few months and just slice sashimi out of it. Bluefin tuna is seriously the tits.

Try with bread flour or all purpose flour if you live in US.

In Italy Farina Caputo is ok, but you can use also Spadoni.

In France I tried only one time with a mix of T45 and Manitoba and it was good.

Don't use chemical yeast. Make sure the dough doesn't dry out during leavening.

Wrong. I cook my pizza at 375 and it comes out perfect every time. Also, I have no clue what leavening is or what my dough hydration is. What I'm saying is OP is correct. I suck at cooking pizza and it still comes out much better and cheaper than delivery. If you have a bread machine to make the dough for you, it doesn't require much more effort than dialing on the phone and answering the door.

I bought a wok and having been making veggie stir fry it’s so easy. The secret to the flavor is chinese five spice mix, you can make your own or buy the mix preprepared (just get it from while foods and not a chinese market)
>buy veggies: carrots, purple cabbage or brussels sprouts, chard, broccoli, w/e veggies I like
>chop everything, so that way the sprouts and cabbage become easy to mix into rice.
>put some oil in wok like organic canola oil (won’t burn)
>stir fry the veggies, make them nice and soft
>cook rice
Then you just put the veggies on the rice, some chili peppers if you want, and it tastes like chinese food. Best part, none of that cancerous cottonseed oil (pesticides). Cheap as fuck, stick veggies and rice in fridge, serve when ever you want stir fry. Lasts for days. It tastes really good, put some chicken or beans on the side and your set.
I started making this two years ago and it’s a great filling, low cal meal with lots of nutrients.
