Is it really better to be Boss of some company than being Wagie who doesn't have MUCH more responsibility of company.

>Be Boss have company
>Employee 10+ people
>Abide by all laws and regulations
>Put a lot of your money on bet your business will succeed
>Put up with a angry wagies who think you live luxuries care free life.
>Wagies are passive aggressive and taking sick leaves, 10 toilet brakes.
>Monitor lazy workers
>Take only 10% of profit what Wagies make on you

Its just doesn't seems to be fun to be BOSS MAN, there are much more problems than being wagie.
Being wagie you just have to worry getting on work on time.
Having company is 24/7 occupation.

I work for myself, no employees but all my own accounts to make up, take less than a $1,000 pay each month, regularly work 15 hour days if not more, and rarely have a single day off per week to catch-up with key clients. Also, I have calls at stupid times to speak to Asian clients. It sucks. Wish I was a wagey again, no care in the world, take the piss and get my paycheck. Sure, I earn more through my business but now I feel like shit every second I'm not working, or looking for new opportunities.
