Recently started a new wagekek job after Sergei crushed my dreams. Unlike my previous job there's a fair amount of boomers at this office and I've become baffled over how useless they are. I'm sitting next to one and today I tried to match the speed at which he navigates the system/types. I found that I ahd no problem working faster with one hand then this demented old fucker. Most of them produce 1/5 of what the employes in their 20s do. Not only do they work slow but they take constant breaks to drink coffee, eat pastery, do fucking yoga excercises or just drag their feet around the office and talk to eachother. If applied their work ethic I would find my ass out on the curb in a week. But they not only get away with it, they get paid significantly more than I do.

Why the fuck is this allowed?
