The problem with taking any young girl with obscenely huge tits or ass, is that they're guaranteed to get twice as big once they're 40, and at that point it will be comical, like Aunt Fanny in Robots tier, not even hot anymore but a shame to bring out in public.

I saw some vacant land 30min out of the city going for ~80k, mostly bush land, no building permits allowed.
Is it worth picking up something like that?
Maybe trying to petition the city to change its status in 20-40years?
Could I just start building a tower or digging tunnels without getting found out?
There's plenty of parks/hiking trails around that are free and sparsely populated so I don't see any real appeal in owning the land to be in nature when I can't really profit off it.
Best idea I could put a mobile trailer or RV and live there to save some rent money, but I don't think I could get reasonable internet quality there.
Any ideas?

Spoken like a true Marxist. Has Marx ever gotten ANYTHING right? Even one single thing? Even his "OMG there are 200 types of hammers why is there all this waste in the world?" argument was stupid on its face.

Human input is the only thing that is worth anything. As we automate labor away, goods become cheaper and people can buy more with less. Human capital is freed up to do things other than backbreaking farm labor, industrial labor, trivial engineering calculations, and so on.

This is why you no longer have to work 14 hours a day for six days a week just to be able to afford to eat. This is why the United States now has only about 1% of its population working in farming and ranching, and yet we now have the cheapest food in the world and still export tons to everywhere else.

But "OMG I can't earn $30/hr as a Fast Food Cash Register Technician, we need to seize the means of hamburger production, comrades! Kill the bosses!"

Raise some cows for milk. Grow potatoes and store them properly. You get food for the whole year. Build some barns for your cows if you live where there is snow. Get a tractor for cutting hay. It's a full time job. But it's literally been about 10 years since I've seen a nigger so life is good

I'm the 100 acre anon. My Id changed as I am traveling around today. My area laws say that anything under a certain square footage doesn't doesn't need to be built to code. I still need to get a permit to build it and that costs like 50 bucks. We never fully own our land of course. We are just a higher class of slaves with some extra freedom. They find a way to Jew us where they can. That all being said, even with multiple out buildings and a house, fences, etc, my taxes are a fraction of what an urban or suburban retard pays

how do you find the best land in the Appalachian mountains?
I would be interested in buying a plot and building a bunch of cheap cabins to rent

Also there are a lot of boyscout camps that are being sold
these could instantly be transformed into a campground/airbnb
https://www.adkpp.com/properties/commercial/cedarlands/
here's one for 3.75m private lake like 20 buildings already built
turn that shit into a campground for zoomer music festivals or something sell those shit ass cabins 1k for the weekend

That's a lot yea. Retards will pay it that's the problem. I bought my land and there wasnt even a road going to it. It's not that remote though. Land isn't the best for growing but its good enough. There are lots of 1 acre lots here for the same prices. I really don't understand it.

Can't really answer, but as an aside, I was looking at a16z's portfolio and they invested in a company called granular, which hasa subsidiary called Acrevalue, which crunches GIS data about soil, population, etc. to give people a really accurate way of determining the value of vacant land.

I think in the future there'll be a way to determine the actual value of any parcelt of land based on pretty objective data.

Some counties use an interactive map with outlines of all parcels, including information on who owns them and sales records. I’ve came across some that are owned by counties, states and feds - is it possible to contact their offices and propose a sale? Also, has any anon received government funding for farm creation?

I unironically plan on doing this. I've been planning on it for about two years now. I want to get some acres of land like this anons shows in his pic (>>16930978) then have a fully automated garden, farm, life stock, etc. I'm going to have to pick the stuff myself, but that's alright. I could scale up if need be, but I'll probably want to live a nice and peaceable life.

I may even have it where the animal's pens can be moved by having them build on wheels so I can rotate the crops. I was doing research a while ago and this was recommended by some farming expert.

Where do you anons plan on buying your NEET ranches?

Bermuda cedar if you live in the right climate.
It's literally illegal to chop them down in Bermuda and there's like 2 places that grow them outside of the island. One of the most expensive building materials around that isn't some crazy polymer alloy.

Underrated idea. Depending on your climate, you may need tunnels you can raise the sides on in summer. We grow a dozen and leave them in fairly big pots. You can get half a kilo (a pound) off that every couple of days. We haven't perfected looking after them though, and the heat where I live tends to dry them out and kill them pretty easily if you neglect them (east coast Australia).
