Am i going to die? I been ignoring heartburn for over a year. I think my stomach is bleeding. Got doc appointment in 2 days but im so paranoid i cant sleep now.

Every few hours i spit its coloured lightly red. Some of my shits are dark as fuk which means its mixed with blood according to internet.

It took a few more years but yes. As of 4 days ago I’ve been sober for three years. Don’t even think about it anymore unless it’s brought up. Once you find you can live without it it’s much easier. Especially when you look back and see how shit it was compared to being sober.

It’s perfectly fine bro. Even if there’s bright red blood it’s little to worry about unless your in serious pain. When there’s the kinda blood in it that can be indicative of intestinal bleeds it’ll appear dark yes but it will still hold a reddish hue and have a coffin grind like consistency. That and if you drop it in the toilet it will dye the bowl completely red. You may have some minor issues so it’s good to get it checked but I’d say your in the clear.
