It consolidated midway between the amount on the 14th and the amount on the 17th (E.g. before the Iran war/Crypto Adoption pump)

In essence, it's returned to the level it would be at if it had continued to slowly grow during that time.

If anything, we are just back on track to what we expected pre-halving, with the halving itself resulting in another pump, followed by a dump and then a new ATH in March 2021.
