As I understand this, it's Kleiman requesting an extension and Craig disagreeing with that. I expected Craig would be the one stalling.

Maybe he'll try to convince the court that BSV is the real bitcoin and the other forks are worthless. Or claim that Core and ABC have blocked access to "his" coins somehow. Meanwhile he and Calvin mine 500,000 BSV and use that to pay Kleiman off.

just because you win a court case does not mean you can collect. it is mostly theater.

the only real consequence that can happen is his shell company nChain (and all its worthless patents) gets taken over by the Kleinman estate, but that would take possibly a decade worth of legal battles and appeals which Craig can afford to fund for several lifetimes.

it's a nothingburger. he will never sign with Satoshi's keys. he will never get his comeuppance. dumbass maxis and bcashers will still keep giving him free press. he and Ayre will ride off into the sunset with underage ladyboys and billions from dumb pajeets.

OR, get this, what if the next BSV update includes a backdoor that allows Craig to access Satoshi's coins? He pays off kleiman with 500K BSV, and for the cultists this will be the ultimate proof that Craig is Satoshi since we already know they don't care about signatures anyway.
Meanwhile Craig cashes out his 500K stack, BSV plummets and he and Calvin can retire to an obscure island somewhere and have gay sex happily ever after.

When is the next BSV hardfork? Screencap this my dudes.

the appeal against the extension actually reads fairly balanced and logical, for something emanating from that cunt. He doesn't have a chance that it would get denied for more time to investigate the claimed Bitcoin holdings further, all 16k wallets - so, it attempts to limit to that. It also reads more like it was written at the behest of an nChain lawyer. Less delay = less chance of nChain getting dragged in (good for Calvin) and less chance of previous Australian frauds getting dragged in (good for the fat fraud). Claiming neither are relevant tho, thats a bit of a stretch. Daves IP got stolen and sold to nChain. nChain really should have been pulled in way, way earlier.

>the fat fraud: 'I cannot complete my PhD timely if this trial is extended..' 'my PhD is about ensuring people do not abuse Bitcoin and pay Tax..' 'that is my life's work..'
hahahhaha

>For example, when Plaintiffs receive a document from Craig, they first have to determine if it is authentic..
fucking rekt

I think this is already underway. They are hard forking to get rid of Segwit compatibility addresses.

It's already detailed. They are changing "satoshi's vision" during the Genesis hard fork, enabling Calvin to reply attack his own shitcoin.

As far as I can tell, this wouldn't only limit them to Satoshi coins, they could steal anything that hasn't been split already.

This goes down February 4, of all dates.

I pulled their code from git and made a diff to the previous version. Gonna through that tomorrow. Even if there's nothing suspicious in there they could still change the binary and expect the majority to use that (but maybe I'm veering into conspiracy territory now)

Interesting observation by the way. I'm in yurop and I noticed the BSV cultists are most active during the morning/afternoon. The more critical posts start to appear again when it's afternoon/evening in the US.

The process of the court is to prove that exactly. They have to go in without bias and let it play out until they’re absolutely sure it’s fake. Remember, they don’t ply in this world like we do
