I just blew $20k on online roulette in the last 24 hours. The worst part was this was my first time playing online roulette and I was up $9k within the first 15 minutes, but slowly bled my losses from there. About 15% of my crypto portfolio (I’m broke irl) but the weird part is I want to put more money in and try to just get back what I lost but leave while I’m up. Think I can do it before the next bull run where the real money is made?

It’s not a scam, it’s a reputable site, but I don’t want to link it because I’ll look like I’m advertising.

Roulette like most games is statistically more losses than wins because of the house edge. If I bet red or black it’s not 50/50 it’s more like 48/48.

I’ve been to Vegas before along with casinos in the gulf coast but only spent a few hundred and won a few hundred, I know it’s a winnable game, and based on pure luck. Everyone is up at some point, no matter what. It’s knowing when to pull out when you’re up and not getting caught into greed that gets people. Having a profit goal and loss limit is key, I know this yet I lost $20K today, harder said than done but I’m getting there.

something similar happened to me recently. dumped some btc I had laying around to a crypto casino. lost a whole bunch playing roulette like a retard. then I won a bunch back and then some playing black jack very conservatively. then I lost a whole bunch on roulette again. spent the last of my money just playing plinko and slots

oh and it was only $100 i was playing with.

i don't gamble with any regularity. it's a bit of a waste.

running a casino is a money printing license, it makes much more sense for them to go legit, more money in the long run

best odds for casino games are blackjack, roulette and craps actually, in that order

roulette is ironically one of the better games to play odds wise and doesn't even require skill like blackedjack
