I don't know anymore. The pleading you posted is Plaintiff's response to Craig filing a big ass list of BTC addresses. It's the latest filing in the case but we'll see how the Court reacts to it. Plaintiffs are on the backfoot right now after Craig's latest filing, even if it is bullshit. If the Court doesn't think it's relevant to depose the "shadowy Courier" or bring in nChain as defendants then that will be a huge blow to Plaintiffs.

From my understanding there are (at the moment) essentially 2 judges involved this case: U.S. Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart is dealing with discovery, while Judge Beth Bloom is presiding over the case as a whole. Reinhart was shitting all over Craig, imposed sanctions, called him a liar, etc. Reinhart seemed to see through Craig's facade and immediately detected him as a charlatan. However, Reinhart's just in charge of discovery. He can't necessarily decide the case. Judge Bloom seems much less imposing and is more lenient with Craig's shenanigans. She even denied Reinhart's sanctions and said they were not proper, outside the scope of discovery.

Craig scored a few points producing this list, even if it is fraudulent bullshit. Now it's basically up to the Plaintiffs to handle this correctly. If Bloom gets sick of everybody's shit and starts going full retard, Craig could very well still win this lawsuit despite never even coming close to proving he's Satoshi.

Yeah but it's undeniable that they're owed a portion of any bitcoin Craig is claiming to own. He's a chump because he's being forced to produce not only his holdings, but also fess up to whether he has access to them or not.

He can't have his cake and eat it too. Either he has access to the BTC, in which case cool give 50% to Kleinmans, or he doesn't, in which case he has lied his ass off this entire time and should be thrown in prison.
