It was a chain

The first tweet was something along the lines of “explain a step by step process of the selling of a barrel of oil using a smart contract”

Someone answered about using sensors, an oracle, and having the contract audited by a third party.

I believe the original tweet was from Ari Paul? If this sounds familiar please point me in the right direction.
