Because those things destroy society. Scamming people and other objectively destructive immoral acts are the spiritual version of being a consumer cuck. Pedagogical pursuits are much more effective then some concept of revenge like a child who knows no better holds.

I buy something for $5 and resell it for $50 when the other party doesn't know what he's doing.
>very good sir, truly pulling yourself by your bootstraps and making some good money!
I make someone give me $45 and he get nothing on return, or something he didn't expect
>muh scam
it's basically the same. btw the fed is scamming you right now printing money. laws are made to protect those who have more, why the fuck should I respect them?

I'm not saying the law is correct or right, in fact the rate of anti-social disorders is estimated to be around 80% in government officials in the US and Europe, compared to a diagnosed rate of 20-30% in the corresponding incarcerated populations. The law is ruthless and tyrannical in all nations even by every measure.

What I'm saying is you don't enjoy being treated that way, and you are smart enough to realize you don't have to be treated that way at all in the first place, so why would you wish to impose your ill directed wrath at others, like a child who was bullied picking on a younger child?

>> No.16836962

a scam is subjective and the law decides what is a scam and what isn't

it's a ""scam"" if you do some amateur shady scheme maybe making a few thousand or million but it's not a scam for the wealthy and their friends to set up entire interlinked scam systems or entire industries build on top of a scam or connected to a scam that cross borders and break hundreds if not thousands of laws at once but they get away with it a lot of the time

fuck the law OP, do what you want. just don't spend the money on niggerish things

I want to loss fat, so I decide to buy a bs supplement. I never lose fat because it was a lie, a legal lie that prayed on my ignorance. I didn't get what I wanted and I also lost money.

I want to lose fat and I decide to buy X, the product never arrives and I lose my money. The result is that I don't lose fat and I don't get what I wanted. Basically the same result as the other.

There's no difference. There are legal scams and illegal scams, morally it's the same. Most money is made legally but immoraly.

you don't need those vitamins, you probably already consume more than enough of them in your diet unless you only eat mcdonalds or live in africa, also vitamins in such form aren't properly absorbed and there can be toxic chemicals added to them
enjoy the flavor ;^)

Not so. You have free will, and that choice is entirely yours. It is beneficial to powerful people you think there are no other options. If you do believe you are being abused by scammers in your life, then knowingly commiting a similar act against people with the potential to be innocent is truly an evil act. Everyone acts immoral in their lifetimes, it is the human condition but to lean into that and actively undermine any personal attempts at righting what is wrong in the world is a path that will lead only to more despair.

You can do like SAFEX, do an ICO then promise something you will build something, move to another country to avoid harassment from investors, hire trolls to create fake sentiment that everything is all right, fake a hack, lie all the time about everything, lie that you hire the best 25 developers of the world, blame the failure of the project those unknown developers. fake a hack, continue with the lies, keep promoting your coin, keep investors interested telling them that the price will go up, dump the premine on investors. Literally do like SAFEX is doing.

but a ""scam"" is just something that breaks the law of a country. there are all kinds of things that really should be called scams and are immoral or take advantage of someone else that are still legal, or illegal in some places and not others. if you want to change that to just doing something that is immoral or participating in something that is immoral but knowing so at the same time then you and me both benefit from immoral business every day of our lives but choose to turn a blind eye to it mostly out of convenience. see >>16837136 unironically, which one do you think is worse? i dont think its so straightforward

You're right. It's not that clear. I do mean scam as in knowingly doing something that defies your moral code, we can't hold it against people who know no better, but I think being willfully ignorant of what consists a scam or other evil in your ethical codes would also fall under doing something wrong knowingly. Each to the best of his ability and all that. When I talk about scams I dont mean things the state deems illegal, I think a person selling drugs can act within his own peace of mind in his ethical framework, but a drug dealer can also act Immoral and violate his own ethics too. It's not a cut and dry case you're right. My point was more judging from OP's post he doesn't hold things like corporations or laws in high regard, he considers them a scam preying on him in an un-just way, yet his solution is to turn around and perpetrate those same scams to others. It seems very cut and dry to me that if you consider those things a negative force in the world around you then, then continuing to perpetuate those same systems onto others is a very immoral thing to do by his own standards even.

guess it depends on what you believe in personally and whether or not you believe the ends justify the means etc, i dont know anon
op is probably right about at least some of what he said though but whether it is ethical is another thing
