The company is a joke. It's never reached it's projections. It's financial statements are ludicrous. It's debt levels are INSANE. It's business model doesn't work. People have to wait days on end to service their cars because they sell directly to consumers and not through dealerships, and the cars have a litany of problems.

It's not a question of if the shorters will be proved correct, but when.
