Who hates their job, but their boss and all their coworkers like them and depend on them here? I want to quit but it's kinda hard to. Is this a normal thing?

Just because you quit doesn't mean you delete them form your life. You're supposed to build a network as you go through business and later in life your roads might cross again.

Not having a social life is why I still work at a whole foods on the weekend because those are the only people I talk to outside of my roommate, and I know i'll probably never talk to them again once I move on.
