Im an Eurofag that run a business since 10 years ago and is tired of paying taxes to a government that uses it to finance feminists and open my country to more emigrants.

I thinking about to create an offshore company and accept payments through paypal, crypto and card.

In the Emirates (UAE) it is possible to create a company between $ 500/1000 and is tax free.

Do you think it is dangerous to do this? I fear that my government can discover me and ruin my life (more)

offshore company is the right idea but not necessarily Dubai. Look into legal ways of avoiding tax, not evading it. A lot depends on what type of business you have - i.e. structuring it so the offshore company 'licenses' it's brand image to your EU company for a hefty fee so your EU company doesnt end up making any profit & the profit is transferred into the tax free jurisdiction.

Dubai dont require annual filing and taxes for companies without physical office. I saw several IT and manufacturing companies in Europe using UAE.

>>16792415
Thats a bad idea. In my country if you have low profits and high invoicing, the tax agency start to investigate company invoices and banking

And to answer this, it’s not dangerous at all as your corporation will be the one doing business and not you, it’s legal. But if you want to bring in money to yourself or income personally that you can spend in your country you will need to pay tax on that. I pay myself the bare minimum I need to survive from my Corp and fall into the lower tax brackets here. I keep most profits in the corporation and make investments within it as well rather than personal investments. Talk to an account and possibly lawyer if you need to.

Yeah I never looked into Dubai too much personally so I guess this is true. Dubai is gonna cost you a lot more than 500-1000 to set up tho

You can't operate a tax free company from most if not all european countries. The company will be taxed same as a local company in your country of residence.

This is the truth for euro scum

You can get a permanent residence in a place like Cyprus though and make sure to spend the minimum amount of months there every year that is required to be considered resident and don't stay in home country longer than the max allowed to not be resident.

Only an option if your presence is not required in your homecountry

In Dubai an offshore co would need to be owned 51% by an Emirati who would take a board position. Effectively you'd surrender control to a bloke you'd pay to go on the golf course.

Dubai is a SHIT place to do any sort of business.

Doesn't sound like you're leaving the UK. CFC (controlled foreign corporation) regs apply. the gov can find you and rape you for back taxes + tax evasion.
You need to leave the country & move to a country without CFC regs if you want to stay in 1 country.

they will completely buttfuck you. anon Im gonna give you some real advice now, according to EU tax code the offshore company will simply be treated as if it was in your country of residence. do you really think its as easy as opening a dubai company and you never have to pay taxes again? that is NOT how it works. you have to set up an office there and have employees and all kinds of shit. I urge you do NOT listen to half-baked shit advice on biz. at the very least get an attorney. but depending on your country of residence I can almost guarantee you this will not work and you will get fucked sooner or later.
