Although this is much broader than TA itself, but I suspect that's what you need.

If you're a complete noob start with babypips. And explore different tools and 'styles' of TA on TradingView. You don't have to learn in it all in depth, just stick to what you feel suits you, but be aware of other 'schools' of TA. My personal approach is to keep it as simple as possible and that's why I gave you this tweet above, but the system of TA tools you'll develop for yourself might be completely different.

If your end goal is learning trading (as opposed to blindly putting random tools on your chart to flex on biz), then you'll have to find, sort out and process (and do it over and over) quite a lot of information, so you might wanna get comfortable with at least using fucking google. There's no one single book or youtube vid that will explain it all.
