ITT we get motivated after failing a business

Hey biz
I have to come to the conclusion that I have failed my business. We had some decent success but never succeeded to gain massive traction.

So now I'm in a weird situation, I want to start another one, but on the other hand I've got plenty of job offers (im a software dev) and I think it could be good to work in a successful company for a while to get some energy back.
What do you think?
Also, please help me stay motivated to be successful in life.

you seen the tech world up close.

for a booming startup you will need more than "we will make appz for you". you need think ahead.
commercials,simulators,simulations,virtual reality etc.

I'm very alert and have good ideas that I know would be successful businesses if well executed. The only thing is that I'm not sure I have the energy to get going right now :/
