The whole premise of fast food relies on the simple, robotic like method of making the formulated items.

For example, if I order a "sausage mcmuffin" at McD, it's done in fucking 5 seconds, MUFFIN+CHEESE+SAUSAGE=DONE, it's a robotic and efficient fast process because it's repeated over and over.

Asking for something that custom is throwing a wrench in the fucking machine. You're screwing up the flow.
