are any of you entrepreneurs or are you just all sorry suicidal sacks of crypto shit holders?

Post what you do for your entrepreneurial jobs and ideas you have been sitting on.

I sell and hustle used books.

I've dabbled in dropshipping for a while.

Latest project is a retro home-decor store, but this time I'm going to buy in bulk from suppliers and have them shipped to a domestic 3rd party warehouse for order fulfillment. It takes a larger up-front investment and might not be quite as profitable on a per-item basis as direct dropshipping, but a 3 day delivery average compared to 2-4 weeks from chinkland is gonna mean faster feedback and more happy customers, which I'm hoping to convert into more word of mouth and repeat customers.

Based. Online businesses are the way to go: working on engagement, retention and conversion. Still plenty of choices for those trying new ways even despite copetition, normies are always dumb money. Web programming is a must, though.

If you want to do anything online (be it dropshipping or another kind of income), you have to understand:
- sales
- marketing
- web backend

Sales are essentially conversions, marketing is traffic generation (there are at least three branches), the web backend is your web site. Web programming might be needed for more advanced stuff, like building a social website (which you can monetize)

>day trading
stop this non-sense before you lose everything
trading everyday, especially with no volatility, is just plain stupid, you are just giving away $$$ to brokerage platforms
find a market with big volatility going on, study it, trade only when it makes sense
trade with fundamental analysis, because technical analysis is just for minor indicators

I don't think you need "backend skills". You need branding skills, and knowledge of facebook ads/seo. There are A LOT of very successful e-entrepreneurs who know jack shit coding and outsource it for far cheaper than the cost of investing the time to do it themselves. They focus on the aspects of biz that actually increase their profits, like marketing outreach and customer engagement.

Helped my dad start a publishing company. Cleared 2M Revenue in 2019. On track for 5M this year. Unofficial agreement for equity/profit sharing.

There's a chance my Dad might screw me out of ever paying me. It's fine, I'll just get it when he dies.
