There's a couple of diff ways, but it all contains some risk:
>buy counterfeit cash, use it to buy shit on craigslist, then sell said item on eBay (go for phones)
>something similar is to buy carded phones and sell them online
>buy and sell drugs (shit like acid is pretty low risk to get/send in the mail bc it's just paper
>make an ebook and sell it on a dw market
>sell fake IDs if you gotta card printer

someone just buy's a phone online with another person's credit card. Honestly I forgot to list it but you could do credit card fraud as well, but that's a pain in the ass to do, you gotta get proxies and vpns set up, get some fullz on the person (and obv their card), find a website and know the limit of how much you can buy (like in gift cards) and how much the card's company well let you buy
