It's the US dollar except it's actually backed by something. DAI is only created when a collateralized debt position is taken.

You can only open a cdp against ETH and BAT, but they are planning to incorporate other coins in the future. Wrapped Bitcoin, etc.

only 1 million coins.

It decentralized the collateral debt market. How would you value a coin that allows you to mint more of anything that can be tokenized with a collateral debt position?

If real world assets are never tokenized on ETH, I would say this would peg to a third of ETH.

If wrapped bitcoin gains adoption this would probably peg to half of ETH.

If real world assets start getting tokenized on ETH, this has limitless potential.

Kek I had an issue with that claim as well, but the idea still holds - Dai is one of the most important currencies on Earth.

1 MKR is a suicide stack. Plan accordingly.

>>16729483
Ironically enough MKR is the most model-able crypto. You can value it using a discounted cash flow model

They don't want to touch it because it's obvious that their sõycick team is barking up the wrong tree. You have to be seriously deluded to think the feds aren't tracking their every move and building a case

What are they going to do? Go after open-source devs for writing code? That's not illegal.
