Move to Nevada. House costs 430k. Property taxes $780 for the whole year. The taxes include snow removal, leaf pick up in the Fall and they take care of all your trees year round. The education system is shitty as fuck but I don’t have kids so who cares.

Oh and state income tax= $0.
