I'd become an Amazon DSP. After working for years at UPS I know how to manage a logistics operation and that's all Amazon is asking. 40 employees, 30 routes, basically one belt -- piece of cake and it'll net me $300k/year in profit. UPS has people doing the same shit plus sucking dick for an $80k salary.

In my economic zone, 10k would buy me bout 6k+ chickens and their feed. More or less left overs would be going to water and logistics. Also butchering them.
Would I make a profit? Of course I would in three months. After all labor and wait, should be around 30-50% profit.
Profits can go down if some fuck up enters your property and brings some stupid viruses.
I usually never let anyone near my properties, just to be save with my investments.
