Would you rather pay $100 a month rent in Detroit with satellite internet, or would you buy a New York apartment for 40 million?

Lmao. How much of an idiot must you be to buy something like this anyways? 5k a month cuckpartments and 40 million dollar pretentious shithole 400 feet above a traffic infested crap heap. XD

That's more like california hills theme, where everbody can see your house in full. In manhattan buying expensive house more for living not for a show. Altought many of the same people own aparment both in manhattan and california, usually holmby-bevely-belair or malibu. Like celebs and hedge fund managers who have net wealth 100-5000m...

If you're in the 0.01%, you probably need to live in a major city anyways because you're probably a C-level executive at a megacorp. I could maybe see living in a brownstone that's only 5-10mil, depending on your lifestyle, but if you're already a billionaire with more money than God, who really cares about 40mil? That's 4% of your net worth, that's nothing.
