BK isn't that easy. You have to prove to the BK court you're insolvent, and why. If you tell the trustee "I borrowed 100k and bought internet coins", they're going to recommend to the judge that he not allow you to BK out of the debt, and set up a payment plan with the bank. Then, when you default on the loan, not only do you get sued and all your shit taken in a judgement against you, you get to deal with a pissed off BK judge, who might decide to make an example out of you and find you guilty of fraud.

I doubt they give a shit. They keep sending me "We have a preapproved loan $25000 for you" even though I own fucking nothing, and basically spend everything I earn already. Yet they think I can afford to pay them some $200-$300 a month for their fucking loan.
