I am neither happy, nor content frens. I have things going on for me but unironically I felt the happiest when all I did was stuffing myself with junk food and playing video games all day.

Because the delusion of life being filled with nothing but joy and nothing to worry about in your childhood is broken. This is the main reason we all hope to "make it".
