Dang... thoughts on this book /biz/bos?
Will mid-2020 be a good time to buy a house with a minimum down payment?

If everything collapses then it would be a good time to invest in everything

yeh interest rates as low as these are a good time to get into debt. In response to the book, some fuck on /g/ alluded to the google CEO leaving to liquidate all his stocks. I also noticed an Uber top dog stepping away and liquidating everything. Could be that the elite are bailing out because the 'bubble' are about to burst.

What if interest rates go negative though? 3.9% for a mortgage still seems really high to me (also due to the amount being compounded from high housing prices)

Tech stocks though, yeah, screw that.

crash prophecies are the top sellers of 2019. bullshit if you ask me. people complain about negative interest rates (which they don't have to pay btw) and are too dump to buy etfs or blue chips.

idk but im buying a house right now. if there is a bubble that pops it will be localized to real estate markets in places like California/New York. there is already "white flight" from those areas to places like Florida, Texas, and Tennessee. going to see that trend increase over the next decade and im going to profit from it.

Yawn. Great men don't read books.
