Read as: I was too lazy and unmotivated to meet expectations so i let myself fail and blame all my problems on everyone else

Just leave that shit off the resume dude, and start fresh. Make sure the expectations for the role match your abilities or exceed by just a little

IKTF bro. I took a "senior" bank job without knowing the bank was failing and the data systems were trashed. They wanted a three month fix for the entire thing. I just walked away.

Just keep grinding. My current employer didn't even check my references.

I went through 5 jobs after college.

Then I finally found the right one. Gonna make 60k this year and it's a pretty good job.

What was the really hard, impossible project?

Take a job in chemical sales working full time at a paper mill, 4 months into the job the mill shuts down. Company I sell chemicals for tells me they will keep me on.....2 months later I get pulled into a "performance review " and was terminated. Boss felt bad and 2 months latter I find a job 2000 miles away and in the middle of nowhere. Take the job 2 Years later I make 80k perror year, a year after that get transfered to Oklahoma and I am making 95k and get a company truck. If gets better work hard don't give up.

It was almost 3 years.

In college they don't teach you how to get a job, how to act, what's fair, and how to find the thing that you'll be happy doing.

That took me 3 years of trial and error.

Man, I work ~20 hours a week at a church doing security and moving furniture for the different large bible study/english lesson classes and I fear that this is going to be me. I'm 23 and I just can't fucking make it through college even though I've already blown so much money on it.
