If you have a decent apartment in Madrid or Paris or NYC or whatever, and rent it out for like €150 a day or $1,600 a month and its occupied 300 days or 80% of the year you will make close to €50,000 before taxes and expenses.

Is it worth it? Depends I guess.

Don't rent to niggers or chinese.
