He knows that it is a stupid decision for anyone to buy the coin. He is very careful to make it clear that you will get nothing for buying the coin and he will do nothing to make it better with all of the coins that get sent to 'his' or whoevers wallet. He is trolling the crypto community by taking millions. If you can scam people and tell them that it is a scam at the same time, then he is scamming.
