In the last 30 hours, you did something, something active, that will increase your chances of making it, didn't you?
You didn't just spend the whole day fapping. You didn't smoke weed all day. You tried to apply something you learned form a book, you tried to learn a skill?
What did you do anon?
Everyday you're getting closer to making it, right?
>as per ususal, don't mention what specific cryptos you're holding - it makes you sound like a Pajeet shill. And we're all frens here.

Clarification: naps and faps are good, just in moderation

Got my car looked at for warranty work. They'll replace the steering column which is really nice of them. Will save me over $1500.

Also hung out with the boss, smoked some weed and later on helped out with a nephew study and talked with my nieces.

Oh, and bought mushrooms today. Planning to microdose.

There was also fapping, but only once.

So, a net gain?

>> No.16604408

>>16604391
Yeah I'd call that a netgain.
What line of work do you do that microdosing helps?

Ok, sweet!

Right now, transitioning from pizza work to a simple office job. Twelve classes away from getting my bachelor's in Computer Information Systems.

Mostly planning on microdosing to help with mood and help with being a bit more open minded in parts of my life to better understand myself and others Might help with work and school, not sure. Planning to microdose with the gf and later in the road, maybe take a full dose, if not with her, then in my own.

I was a good wagie and went to work. Got my Christmas bonus. Texted my girlfriend. Did a small workout and drew cartoons.

Tomorrow I will buy some more of my favorite shitcoin when the price inevitably drops again.

Awesome, that sounds like actual progress towards a higher paygrade.
Okay cool, so the microdosing is a general mind therapeutic thing? I approve if it works.

Thanks, Anon! It is actual progress. Stumbled a lot to make it here and lucked out with my familial support. I wanna make more than pizza money and get a job with benefits. I also want to pay back into the state system that provided me with health care and hope that others can do better in life like me.

Hoping that all is going in and continues to go on an upward path for you.. :)

About my career. Turned down a basically one in a lifetime opportunity that would have earned me a significant amount of cash and made me basically irreplaceable but it would also turn my career in a completely different direction than the one i want. Also it was risky. If i failed in it the company would be out 2 mil and i would have a huge sense of personal failure i think.

What a boring thread idea. Can you stop repeating this OP? Doing something small everyday amounts to nothing basically. For example, studying mathematics 1 hour a day will never let you compete with actual mathematicians.

>> No.16605209

>>16605174
Op is more about external validation. Just give it to him since his mom and dad probably were too busy wagecucking to give him any attention.

>> No.16605227

>>16605209
Seeking validation and compensation are also the values of low and medium wage workers.

Sure, you do some things in exchange for compensation, because you lose something by doing it. Going to work for 40 hours a week radically affects your life and you should be compensated for it.

But most of the things in life we just have to do. We have to support our family. We have to take care of our health. We have to try to make the society a better place. We have to follow the laws or try to change them. We have to learn and be curious. We have to respect other people. We have to abide by the rules of our work. We have to socialize and help other people. Trying to fit any value or reward system into these mandatory actions is doomed attempt.

Trying to find out "how do people reward me if I respect them" is impossible. Your actions today have consequences through centuries through millions of people.

I'll probably release the mod for free and set up a patreon or something - I already make 6 figs at my day job.
My dream is to be well-off enough to just make games all day without worrying about finances, though.
P.S. Reading through, this is a comfy thread OP, best of luck.

Def set up a patreon, at the very least it can motivate you to continue development on it or even related game mods that people appreciate. At best it might help you get to the all-day game developing dream.
>P.S. Reading through, this is a comfy thread OP, best of luck.
Thanks anon, just trying to motivate other anons. Happy fapping/development of your pose estimator

Something like $2MM, where the near-guaranteed interest from a high 3% CD or something would be enough to live on - Even enough to live comfortably if I can invest better than a CD.
