Unironically would it be legal to open a business for topless haircuts (meaning the woman cutting the hair is topless)? And if this is legal would it be a good business idea? The problem is haircuts are already somewhat expensive... and girls who go to beauty school are exactly the kind of girls who would be stripping if it weren't for beauty school -- so they basically get into hair to avoid that. So, you'd have a tiny pool of girls who are actually good looking and know how to cut hair.

Eating bad wings to get to see some boobs is one thing. Being stuck with a bad haircut for weeks at a time just to see some boobs is a whole other problem.

Topless maids on the other hand could be huge. If you can figure out how to make sure they don't get raped in some dude's apt you'd be rich.
