If I graduated 2/3 of a year early, from a USA a bit above average university, with a 3.1 degree in econ?
I have to graduate then I think for financial reasons...
My extracurriculars wud b being treasurer of a volunteer club, doing a volunteer tax service thing, and a part time library job. And maybe a summer internship if I end up getting one.
With these stats do you think I could get a job in an office somewhat related to my major/career oriented that paid decently, rather than ending up in food service or retail?

No. You need internships if you want to work in a specific field. You can try though. Linkedin for business jobs in particular.

Why not just stay in school longer and try to look for an internship? They're going to hire the econ major with more experience

Finish your degree, don't drop out. But yes grad early if you can.Jobs require that paper that says you have a degree. Once you escape, look at job postings on Indeed. See what they need, and teach yourself that shit quickly.
