I meant soon, fren. The central bank anouncement was supposed to come out last month and Gilbert said nothing about it- not even in the telegram, which is quite discouraging. Also, the fact that Quant has all these partnerships yet sits at such a low marketcap also has at least a bit to do eith the lack of popular exchanges, which Gilbert said won't be happening soon as well. My initial post was just implying that it's looking really bearish in the short-term.
