depends on how much to start up the business. if you need to put in 20k to get things going and inventory/fuel is 200 dollars are week that is 10k a year and assuming you only end up selling 50-70 1-5 dollar ice creams a day. it should add up to around 80k in revenue but now you have to pay taxes so that bring is down to 50k-60k profit now you subtract the 30k for the 1st year of operation covering your cost to start up and fuel. you leave with 30k, 10k of which is needed for the next year. keep in mind b/c it is a truck you don't have to pay property tax or anything like that.

tldr; assuming you can make enough profit it'll take about 3 years of labor to make the whole thing worthwhile keep in mind since you are self employed you get no health insurance and since it is a seasonal job you aren't always making money. the other thing i suppose is you have to go to your customers rather than have them come to you. with that in mind mind as well make a mobile ice cream factory that deliver fresh ice cream to people through a website. idk.

desu it's easier to put that 30k initial investment to btc and wait a few years for it to 10-20x you'll end up paying less tax b/c it'll be long term gains rate and you won't have to worry about constantly generating revenue.
